📦 Shipping Policy

Processing time: All in-stock items ship within 3–5 business days.

Pre-orders: Estimated ship dates will be listed on each product page. You’ll receive tracking as soon as your order leaves our studio.

Rates: Flat-rate shipping $9 on orders under $100. Free U.S. shipping on orders $150+.

International shipping: Currently unavailable.

 

🔄 Return & Exchange Policy

Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with original tags intact.

Because of our small-batch nature, some items may sell out quickly. If we can’t offer a direct exchange, you may opt for store credit or a refund.

How to start a return: Email cribriotshop@gmail.com with your order number and item(s) you’d like to return. We’ll provide next steps.

Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

📝 Subscription Boxes *Not Available Yet*

Subscribers receive early access to each monthly drop at a discounted rate.

Sizes can be adjusted before each drop ships.

Subscription changes or cancellations must be made prior to your billing date to take effect for the upcoming shipment.

 

🧵 Care & Safety

All Crib Riot apparel is made from CPSIA-compliant bamboo fabric. Always follow care instructions on the garment tag.
