🛒 Ordering & Pre-Orders
Q: Are your items in stock or pre-order?
A: All of our items are pre-order. We release limited-run prints in small batches. Estimated ship dates are listed on each product page, and you’ll receive tracking when your order ships.
Q: Can I order multiple items together?
A: Yes! All items are pre-order and will ship together once everything is ready.
🚚 Shipping
Q: What are your shipping rates?
A: We offer flat-rate U.S. shipping of $9 on orders under $100, and free U.S. shipping on orders $150+. We’re currently unable to offer international shipping.
Q: When will my order ship?
A: Because every item is pre-order, shipping times vary. Each product page shows its estimated ship date. You’ll receive tracking as soon as your order leaves our studio.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns for unworn, unwashed items with original tags intact within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, email cribriotshop@gmail.com with your order number and items you’d like to return. We’ll provide next steps.
Q: Do you offer exchanges?
A: Because of our small-batch nature, some items may sell out quickly. If we can’t offer a direct exchange, you may opt for store credit or a refund.
📏 Sizing
Q: How do I know what size to order?
A: Our bamboo fabric is stretchy and forgiving. Check our Size Guide for detailed measurements. If you’re between sizes or want room to grow, size up.
📦 Subscriptions *Not Available Yet*
Q: How do the Subscription Boxes work?
A: Choose 1, 2, or 3 items per month at a discounted rate. Subscribers get first dibs on each monthly drop and can adjust sizes before each shipment.
Q: Can I change or cancel my subscription?
A: Yes! Simply log into your account before your billing date to update sizes, skip a month, or cancel.
🧵 Product Care
Q: How do I care for my Crib Riot pieces?
A: Machine wash cold with like colors. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Bamboo gets softer with every wash!
